Energy Performance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct energy audits and performance assessments for commercial buildings.
• Analyze HVAC, lighting, and building systems energy consumption.
• Develop energy optimization strategies and retrofit plans.
• Work with clients to reduce energy waste and improve building efficiency.
• Prepare energy performance reports and savings verification.

Requirements

• Mechanical / Energy Engineering degree
• Experience with energy modeling tools
• Knowledge of LEED / ESG / sustainability standards
• AEE certifications like Certified Energy Manager (CEM) are highly valued.
